Where do you get your stock from?
I spend a huge mount of time trawling the internet looking for unusual stones, my filled wire comes from a very good company in the uk.
when will my order be shipped out?
If item is already made then the very next day i will post or deliver, if local! If i have to make then give me a couple of days and if i have to order stock in i will email you and let you know.

What is your exchange / return policy?
Customer satisfaction is of the utmost importance to me. Changed your mind?,you will have 14 days to return item, at your own cost, for a full refund. If a product is defective, it will be exchanged for a new product at no additional charge. Refund / exchange is not guaranteed and is subject to our review of the returned product.
